You do not have to manage totally on your own.

Ask for help during your pregnancy and after the birth. Approach your network such as family, friends, neighbours and fellow church parishioners etc. for any assistance you need.  Photo of People who you may ask for help when coping with a new baby

Most people enjoy helping a new parent and having a cuddle of the little bundle.  It may be cooking, cleaning, driving your other children to and from school. Whatever you need help with …….. ask the people you trust.

Remember other people are not mind readers. They don’t necessarily realise that you may need, or want help. They may not know what they can do to help you and don't wish to intrude

I can assist you to develop the self-confidence so you feel at ease asking those you trust for help.
